PROPERTY PRACTITIONERAfter school, I moved to Cape Town, where I studied Film Producing and Directing, whilst during this time obtained my private pilot’s License flying helicopters. It was not a surprise when I returned to my hometown of Somerset West to join the property industry together with my family. Here I focussed on the sales and marketing of homes. This then led me to a brief career in the auction industry as well as qualified as an auctioneer at the SA College of Auctioneering. Always involved with property, I joined a leading property company in Cape Town where I specialised in the selling of sectional title apartments within the CBD. It was then time for me to return to my home town where I joined my brother and business partner Shaun Harris, and we continued to manage both rentals and sales within Schonenberg Estate, heading up Schonenberg Real Estate.
As time moved on, together with Shaun, opened our new license of Fine & Country Helderberg. My focus as Sales Director was to grow the business into an award-winning real estate company within the Helderberg area. Fine & Country Helderberg has won numerous awards locally, nationally, and within Sub-Saharan Africa over the past 9 years.
I am the Principal of Schonenberg Real Estate in Association with Fine & Country Helderberg as well as the Sales Director of Fine & Country Helderberg. Although I’m a familiar face within the area, my personal focus with sales is within Schonenberg Estate, where I have a personal connection and invested interest within the estate. My heartfelt passion for selling property is devoted here.
I have a keen interest and passion for both nutrition and fitness. When I’m not working to ensure that my clients come first and business operations are seen to, you may just see me running around town, at the local CrossFit Box, in nature climbing mountains, outdoors at the Strand Beach, or grabbing a coffee on the go.
I love animals, exploring local wine farms, and restaurants, and supporting the local community.
