My name is Daniel Madden and I am the Director of Fine & Country Teddington and Hampton. I have been working as an Estate Agent for the last 13 years and have loved every minute of it.
I have spent my whole life living in West London and I attended Gunnersbury Catholic School for Boys. As a result of 35 years of living, working and socialising in the West London area, I feel very comfortable talking to clients about my experiences and knowledge, whether it be regarding schools, restaurants, pubs, transports links or the wonderful green spaces this magnificent area has to offer.
Walking round Gunnersbury Park and the beautiful lakes there, followed by a spot of lunch in one of the many fantastic independent restaurants on the Chiswick High Road is one of my favorite past times, that’s if I’m not in one of the pubs in Shepherds Bush for a pre match pint before heading to Loftus Road on match days.
I entered the world of estate agency after leaving university and I was quickly attracted to not only the wonderful properties due to their history and architecture but the day to day interaction with clients and forging long lasting relationships with them, these elements play a big factor in my enjoyment of working in the industry. Having won the ESTAS People Award, as voted for by our clients, I think it reconfirms how important these relationships are too me and I’m always willing to go the extra mile to get the desired results.
Our aim is to deliver a world class service every time, this starts with doing the basics well but also looking at initiative ways at redefine how the industry operates for the better, to enhance our clients experience.
