Ben Smith

I have had a passion for property from an early age and have gained a strong understanding of the Lincolnshire market as well as experience within all aspects of residential agency over the last decade. Before joining Fine & County I worked across Lincolnshire as both a Sales Negotiator and a Residential Valuer gaining extensive experience at every stage of the process. In my role at Fine & Country I pride myself on delivering a completely bespoke service with customer experience front and foremost, ensuring buyers and sellers are well informed and well advised throughout their journey with us and that I effectively liaise with solicitors, surveyors and lenders at every stage to ensure a successful result.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active and spending time with my family and friends and use my spare time renovating properties. I have fundraised throughout my career, and I am proud to support the Fine & Country Foundation to combat homelessness, in particular I have been actively involved in the office’s support for the YMCA Lincolnshire.
