With over 16 years of experience in the property sector, I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding in all areas of estate agency. As Managing Director of Fine & Country Leicester and Market Harborough, it is my role to provide market advice to all clients, to ensure our highest levels of service and maintained - and I have a real passion for the luxury homes of our Fine & Country clients. With the value of homes sold over £100 million and growing, the proof is in the pudding.

I have worked in many areas in the UK, running agencies throughout the North East, Manchester, London and Leicestershire. The wealth of expertise available to all of my clients, whatever your needs, is exceptional. Now living in the beautiful village of Oadby, my local and luxury property market knowledge will always continue to develop and grow.

If colleagues, friends and family were to describe me, words like passionate, driven, experienced, confident, and patient are used. My personal service is honest and all about quality for each of Fine & Country’s clients.

I am a keen cricketer, tennis and squash player with a love for cycling. I can be spotted playing cricket for my local team during the summer months, cheering for Chelsea Football Club or watching Lewis Hamilton drive F1 with awe. Other areas of interest include a huge passion for community and supporting those in need. I volunteer for organisations providing food and shelter for the homeless and as an organisation, Fine & Country Leicester and Market Harborough support several community and grass-roots charities throughout the city and beyond.

When it comes to career highlights and success stories, I have many, of all shapes and sizes and outcomes. The enjoyment I get from my role as Managing Director being one of them. Owning my own estate agencies throughout the country is hugely rewarding and the experience I continue to gain is invaluable. During my time in the sector, I have been very successful with awards won for my businesses at a local and national level. Fine & Country Leicester and Market Harborough's outstanding marketing has won us awards for eight consecutive years and the brand has been voted number one agency in the Midlands by our very valued clients. My favourite memories are of the clients who have inspired me to look at the world from a different perspective through their stories and with their actions.

If I have one guiding principle, it is that of patience. I take my time to truly understand the best way to showcase each property in its best light, making the most informed decisions in order to find the best possible new home for my clients. My never-give-up attitude, support, knowledge and experience provide each client with a hands-on, bespoke service that inspires those who work with me to model in their own way.

Legacy and the future of real estate are incredibly important to Me. Whilst I don’t set too many specific goals for myself, I am driven to continually improve myself and those around me – both personally and professionally. I work closely with mastermind and development groups throughout the sector to keep raising the bar within estate agencies, advance practice, qualifications and image across the board. There are no limits to what I would like to achieve for myself, my agency and the profession as a whole.

I follow my own advice by being patient, determined and transparent - and always putting the needs of my clients first. I instill a sense of self-belief in each member of my team, allowing them to grow and thrive under my care. Each challenge is analysed, embraced and met with understanding and confidence. No two agents or agencies work in the same way. The keys to my professional success are knowledge, experience and patience.
